Not quite as bad as it sounds :-) I ordered a Chumby and set it up yesterday. It was cooler than I thought it would be but at the same time I am not sure it will have the appeal for a mass audience at $149
After I set it up with my own widgets, which is a pretty good process, i brought into the bedroom (yeah I know) to show it to her. She looked at the first few screens and said "gee that's cute" in that tone that she uses when she knows I think something is cool and she is "trying to be supportive"
My primary request for the chumby is a next widget button and battery option. Having to wait 2-5 minutes (depending on the number of widgets you have) to get to the one you want to see right then is kind of annoying
